For instance, Citigroup advised on Taiwan Cement Corporation’s US$385 million GDR and US$420 million Green ECB offerings. This combo issuance represented the largest concurrent equity and convertible bond issuance in Asia over the past two years and marked Taiwan’s first green convertible bond issuance.
This year, Citigroup was selected by Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation as one of the foreign custodian banks to be part of their automated centralized custody platform.
