台北市美國商會每個月所出版的TOPICS工商雜誌(Taiwan Business TOPICS)，除了網路版本，實體雜誌在台灣的各大主要書店均有銷售，也可以透過年度訂閱做購買。
每年定期出版三個特刊：一月刊美酒美食饗宴 (Wine and Dine)，六月刊台灣白皮書 (White Paper)，以及七月刊旅遊及文化 (Travel & Culture)。
台北市美國商會成立於1951年，宗旨為促進跨國企業在台灣的投資營運環境，是一無黨 派立場的非營利組織。商會目前有約1000位個人會員，代表超過500家企業，並透過25 個委員會匯集產業界意見，其在代表跨國企業對商業趨勢提供洞見、向政府提供政策建 言等方面極具權威。

Taiwan Business TOPICS is published monthly by the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei. Besides the online version, hard copies are sold in the major bookstores in Taiwan or may be ordered on an annual subscription basis.
Three special issues are published each year: Wine & Dine in Taiwan in January, the Taiwan White Paper in June, and Travel & Culture in July.
Regular issues contain a cover story on a major current topic affecting business conditions in Taiwan, an Industry Focus section on a particular industrial sector, and other reports prepared by the magazine’s staff of experienced professional journalists.

Founded in 1951, the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei (AmCham Taipei) is a non-profit, non-partisan business organization dedicated to promoting the interests of international business in Taiwan.
